Our Promise
Made for the beds that see it all.
Milk&Bed was born from a simple idea: beds should work harder so parents don't have to. Every product we make, every decision we take. It all comes back to this. These are the commitments we make to every family who brings our bedding home.
The real difference
Waterproof that actually works
Not "water-resistant." Not "moisture-wicking." Actually, properly waterproof. Every drop, every time, without a crinkle, a rustle, or a plastic-feeling layer between your family and sleep. We promise your mattress won't get wet.
Only materials we'd put on our own kids
Every product is made from GOTS certified organic cotton. No synthetic pesticides, no harmful chemicals, no shortcuts. If we wouldn't put it on a newborn, it doesn't go in the range. That's not a marketing line. It's how we decide what to make.
A simpler bed, not a more complicated one
Mattress protectors. Underlays. Extra layers. We replaced all of it with one system. When an accident happens at 2am, you should be back in bed in 15 minutes. Not wrestling a duvet in the laundry at midnight. We promise a faster reset, every time.
We stand behind what we make
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 10 days and we will make it right. A replacement, store credit, or refund. No runaround. We also accept returns on unused, unwashed items in original packaging within 30 days. Full details in our refund policy.
Good for your family. Kinder to the planet.
Our packaging is plastic-free. Our cotton is GOTS certified organic. We're a small Australian business that thinks carefully about every material choice, because protecting your family shouldn't come at the cost of someone else's. We promise to keep earning that trust, not just claiming it.
Real people behind every order
We're a small Australian team and every message goes to real humans who use and believe in this product. If something isn't right, we fix it. If you need help choosing sizes, we'll help you get it right. We promise you'll always hear back from a person, not a script.
These aren't policies. They're how we run our business.
Every product we design, every material we choose, every interaction with our team. All of it is built around the same thing: a bed that works as hard as the families sleeping in it.
