Our Certifications
What's in your bed matters.
We believe you should know exactly what your family is sleeping in. Every material we use is independently verified, tested, and certified. Not because we have to. Because the families trusting us with their beds deserve nothing less.
Global Organic Textile Standard
Organic from farm to finished product
GOTS is the world's leading standard for organic textiles, and it's one of the hardest to earn. It doesn't just look at what the cotton is made from. It covers the entire supply chain, from how the cotton is grown all the way through to how the finished bedding is packaged and shipped.
That means our cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or GMO seeds. The mills that process our fabric are prohibited from using toxic dyes or chemical finishes. Workers throughout the supply chain must meet strict social responsibility criteria, including safe conditions and fair wages.
When you see GOTS on our products, it means an independent third party has audited every step and confirmed it meets the standard. We renew this certification every year. No exceptions.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100
Tested for over 100 harmful substances
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is one of the most rigorous independent testing systems in the world for textile safety. Every single component of our bedding is tested, not just the outer fabric. The stitching, the labels, every layer. If it touches your family, it gets tested.
The standard screens for more than 100 substances that are known to be harmful, including heavy metals, formaldehyde, pesticide residues, and pH levels outside safe ranges. Products certified at the highest product class (for items in direct contact with babies and young children) must meet especially strict limits.
This certification matters most to us because of who is sleeping in our beds. Babies. Toddlers. Kids who put everything in their mouths. We want every parent to know that our bedding has been independently verified as safe for the most sensitive skin.
Thermoplastic Polyurethane
The waterproof layer that doesn't compromise comfort
Most waterproof bedding uses a PVC membrane, which is cheap to produce but comes with a catch. It crinkles, it traps heat, and it contains plasticisers (including phthalates) that you probably don't want against your skin or your child's skin.
We use TPU, Thermoplastic Polyurethane, which is a fundamentally different material. TPU is the same class of material used in medical devices and food-grade packaging because of its safety profile. It contains no PVC, no phthalates, no BPA, and no chlorine-based compounds.
TPU is also breathable in a way that PVC is not. It allows moisture vapour to move through the fabric while still creating a complete barrier against liquid. That's how our sheets stay soft and cool to sleep on while still being 100% waterproof. No crinkle. No heat trap. No compromise.
Certified safe. Genuinely soft.
Built for real family life.
Every certification on this page represents an independent organisation that has audited, tested, and verified what we claim. We think that's the minimum standard for bedding going on your family's beds.
