What are your sheets and quilt covers made from?
Our sheets and quilt covers are made using premium, natural and skin-safe materials designed for comfort, breathability, and real-life durability.
Each piece features 100% GOTS-approved organic cotton on the surface for softness against the skin, paired with a breathable bamboo layer to help regulate temperature. Our waterproof bedding also includes a soft, flexible TPU waterproof layer, providing reliable protection from spills, leaks, and accidents without crinkle, stiffness, or plastic feel.
All materials used are OEKO-TEX® certified, meaning they’re free from harmful substances and safe for babies, children, and sensitive skin.

Is the waterproof layer breathable?
Yes. Our waterproof layer is designed to be breathable, allowing airflow while still providing reliable protection from leaks, spills, and accidents.
We use a soft TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) waterproof membrane that helps regulate temperature and reduce heat build-up unlike traditional plastic or vinyl layers. This means your bedding stays comfortable, quiet, and breathable, without compromising on waterproof performance.
The result is a sleep surface that feels natural (not synthetic) and is perfect for babies, children, and adults with sensitive skin.
Can I wash and dry your products in a machine?
Yes all Milk & Bed products are machine washable and designed for everyday use.
We recommend washing on a cool cycle below 30°C using a small amount of mild detergent. For drying, line drying in the shade is best for maintaining the waterproof layer and overall longevity. If needed, your bedding can also be tumble dried on a low heat setting.
To protect the waterproof TPU layer, avoid high heat, harsh chemicals, bleach, ironing, or dry cleaning. Following our care instructions will help keep your bedding soft, breathable, and waterproof for longer.
How long will the waterproof layer last?
Our waterproof layer is designed to last for years when cared for correctly. We use a durable, flexible TPU waterproof membrane that’s made to handle regular washing and everyday use without compromising comfort or breathability.
To maintain waterproof performance, we recommend following our care instructions, including washing on cool temperatures, avoiding high heat, and steering clear of harsh detergents or chemicals. Excessive heat or incorrect care can damage the waterproof layer over time.
With gentle care, your Milk & Bed bedding will continue to provide reliable protection from leaks, spills, and accidents while staying soft and comfortable.
Do you offer international shipping?

Can I return my product if I change my mind?
Due to hygiene reasons, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns on used bedding. But if there’s a fault or issue, we’ll absolutely make it right.
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. You’re welcome to return or exchange your Milk & Bed product if you change your mind, provided it is unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it in.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return, simply contact our team and include your order number. Email hello@milkandbed.com

What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’re so sorry and we’ll make it right.
Please contact us on (hello@milkandbed.com) as soon as possible after delivery and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the fault or damage. Our team will assess the issue and organise a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law. (Must be completed within 30 days of delivery)

Can I exchange a product for a different size or colour?
Due to hygiene regulations, we’re unable to accept change-of-mind exchanges on opened or used bedding.
If your item is unused, unwashed, and still in its original packaging, you’re welcome to get in touch with our team to request an exchange for a different size or colour. Simply email us (helo@milkandbed.com) with your order number and details of what you’re hoping to exchange, and we’ll see what’s possible.
