At Milk & Bed, we know that when you place an order, you’re excited to receive it  especially in the thick of motherhood. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while keeping you informed every step of the way.

Processing Time

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days from our warehouse in Queensland, Australia.

During peak periods, promotions, or pre-order launches, processing times may be extended. Where possible, we will communicate any significant delays.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

All parcels are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL) unless otherwise requested prior to dispatch.

By placing an order, you agree that your parcel may be left at your delivery address without a signature. Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered.

Milk & Bed is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery where ATL has been used.

If you do not wish for your parcel to be left unattended, you must update your delivery preferences directly with the carrier using your tracking details prior to delivery.

International Shipping

We offer limited international shipping.

If you are located outside of Australia and your country is not listed at checkout and wish to place an order, please contact us at hello@milkandbed.com and we will do our best to assist where possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Pre-Orders

For pre-order items, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available.

If you would like in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

Please note that pre-order dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping delays outside of our control.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received:

1. Check around your delivery address and with neighbours or building management
2. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number
3. If you still need assistance, contact us at hello@milkandbed.com

We will always do our best to assist, however once an order has been dispatched, delays and delivery issues caused by the carrier are outside of our control.

Incorrect Address Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.

Milk & Bed is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order re-sent.

Sustainable Packaging

We proudly use eco-friendly, recyclable, or compostable packaging wherever possible because better bedding deserves better delivery.
